By accessing and using the Your Maison website, services, and platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your Maison is a modern Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) housing provider specialising in High Physical Support (HPS) and Fully Accessible (FA) housing solutions across Australia, with an upcoming residential project in Alstonville. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to prospective residents, current residents, family members, support workers, and service providers.

2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

You agree to use Your Maison's services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You shall not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services. All content, materials, designs, text, graphics, images, and intellectual property displayed on our website and platforms are the exclusive property of Your Maison or our licensed partners. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited. Users retain ownership of any personal information they provide, but grant Your Maison a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use such information for service delivery, communication, and improvement of our offerings.

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Your Maison systems, networks, or databases, or engaging in any form of hacking, phishing, or malicious activity
  • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature that may compromise the security or functionality of our platforms
  • Harassing, threatening, defaming, or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward Your Maison staff, residents, or other users based on protected characteristics including but not limited to disability status, race, gender, or religious belief

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Your Maison provides its services, website, and platforms on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Your Maison disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Your Maison, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding twelve months.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Your Maison's services shall be resolved through the courts of New South Wales, and you waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
